WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Angelic Powell to a Correction Notice-Complaint Inspection at 1320 MARSHALL AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council 1) grant the appeal and allow the building to be released from the Fire Certificate of Occupancy Program and, therefore; these orders will be transfered to Code Enforcement for follow-up; 2) grant an extension to December 1, 2016 for the exterior issues, including missing/torn screens throughout, broken windows, entry front steps and the retaining wall; and 3) grant an extension to July 1, 2017 for exterior painting; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
