Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services during April 1 to 28, 2016. (File No. J1611A, Assessment No. 168527)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 16-934 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of April 1 to April 28, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on August 17, 2016 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 16-316: 903 Beech Street;
RLH TA 16-328: 747 Burr Street;
RLH TA 16-320: 934 Hawthorne Avenue East;
RLH TA 16-313: 717 Hope Street;
RLH TA 16-324: 892 Lafond Avenue;
RLH TA 16-330: 133 Magnolia Avenue East;
RLH TA 16-329: 861 Payne Avenue (address listed under 623 Wells Street);
RLH TA 16-322: 586-588 Reaney Avenue;
RLH TA 16-332: 1603 Ross Avenue;
RLH TA 16-312: 1232 Seventh Street East;
RLH TA 16-326: 1241 Seventh Street West;
RLH TA 16-321: 1330 Seventh Street East;
RLH TA 16-317: 256 Sidney Street East;
RLH TA 16-319: 1504 Sherburne Avenue;
RLH TA 16-318: 1454 Simpson Street;

RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
