WHEREAS on August 17, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 16-50 to delete the assessment for Property Clean Up services during April 1 to 28, 2016 at 2034 Pinehurst Avenue. (File No. J1611A, Assessment No. 168527); and

WHEREAS, the property at 2034 Pinehurst Avenue, being described as: King's Lincoln Park Lot 9, with the property identification number 16-28-23-22-0076 was assessed an amount of $460; and

WHEREAS, Legislative Hearing recommends deleting the assessment given current owner didn't close on the property until May 13, 2016; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $460, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 16-50 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
