Amending Council Files Nos. RLH AR 16-50 and RLH TA 16-326 to delete the assessment for Property Clean Up services during April 1 to 28, 2016 at 1241 SEVENTH STREET WEST. (File No. J1611A, Assessment No. 168527).

Body

WHEREAS on August 17, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Nos. AR 16-50 and RLH TA 16-326 to delete the assessment for Property Clean Up services during April 1 to 28, 2016 at 1241 Seventh Street West. (File No. J1611A, Assessment No. 168527); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1241 Seventh Street West, being described as: Clarkes Addition Subj To St Lot 5 Blk 8, with the property identification number 11-28-23-43-0005 was assessed an amount of $468.00; and

WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because the owner was not properly noticed at the time of the clean-up;

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $468, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File Nos. RLH AR 16-50 and RLH TA 16-326 are hereby amended to reflect this change.
