WHEREAS, in the matter of Terry Londroche to a Correction Order at 37 HATCH AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal, noting that owner should clean up the brush piles; Now, Therefore, Be It
