Purpose of Appeal: Retaining wall, Financially we can't afford repairs, we have been struggling with our mortgage payments for the past year and just started to get back on pace. I understand that the retaining wall is bad and is need of repair but, don't have the money for it at the moment.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Thong Yang to a Correction Order at 496 NEBRASKA AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant one week to replace any missing bricks in the retaining wall and redirect the water spouts away from concrete driveway to prevent pooling of water and grant until June 1, 2016 for permanent repair of the retaining wall; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
