Purpose of Appeal: I no longer live in Saint Paul and have been trying to maintain the house from afar. To compound the matter I have been out of town for the last two months with limited communication availability. I am committed to getting this house back in compliance so that I can list it for sell. I have Lynden Realty working on getting the house in proper selling condition.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Gary Richardson to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 825 DELAWARE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 90 days, allowing the realtor time to sell the property; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
