Title

Appeal of James Smith to a Summary Abatement Order at 2215 WILLIAM TELL ROAD.

Date/Time of 1st LH: August 4, 2015 at 11:00 a.m.

Purpose of Appeal: Was not clear or proper notice to take care

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: July 14, 2015

Inspector/Key Staff: Rich Singerhouse

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  We've got a vacate order from last year, a summary abatement for boarding and clean-up and an ownership situation where it looks like the former owner is appealing and a bank owns it.  Also, could all of these orders be sent to Safeguard which appears on the VBRF?
