Purpose of Appeal: We have been paying Ramsey County for past taxes. We were unable to get home improvement loan until we did so. I just did. We are awaiting the title in my father Gordon Barnes' name.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Gordon and Nancy Barnes to a Notice of Condemnation Unfit for Human Habitation and Order to Vacate at 1159 PASCAL STREET NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation is forthcoming grant until September 1, 2015 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
