WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Martin Hyndman to a Certificate of Code Compliance Requirement at 863 WINSLOW AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until May 1, 2015 to get Fire Certificate of Occupancy re-instated. If it is not re-instated, the property will enter the Vacant Building Program on May 4, 2015 and a code compliance inspection is required; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
