Title
Appeal of Anastasia Mastrogiorgos to a Vehicle Abatement Order at 30 MISSISSIPPI RIVER BOULEVARD NORTH. (Public hearing continued from April 15)
Date/Time of 1st LH: December 23, 2014 at 11:00 a.m.
Purpose of Appeal: We are appealing because the violation with the Corvetter (987-GTN) is incorrect. The vehicle does drive, it is operable. I will find all of our receipts from the shop to prove it. The Alero (XTL-404) is not always parked in a spot to impinge on the alley, we will definitely be more mindful to park closer to the garage so that is not a problem. Of all of the cars that park in the alley, ours sticks out the least, so I will take some pictures this weekend to show that. Please let me know what other information you may need. Thank you.
Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: December 8, 2014
Inspector/Key Staff: John Peter Ross
Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  LHO will be looking at this one more time with PW Engineer.  Will need amendment and /or layover.
