Purpose of Appeal: I would like a 2 or 3 month extension so that I can complete the rehab on this property. I will become the owner on 2/6/2015 (I am buying it from HUD, who has not paid the Vacant Building fees). I have already paid for a code compliance report, and plan to have the rehab done by June.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Denise Kriesel to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter at 1276 FREMONT AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee until April 21, 2015 and allow permits to be pulled; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
