We are in the process of remodeling Unit 6 and common areas including hallways which we're planning to complete in approximately thirty days to 45 days. Renovations cost exceeds 100,000.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Robert King to a Notice of Condemnation Unfit for Human Habitation Order to Vacate the Building is a Gross Unsanitary at 1891 SEVENTH STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant until September 2, 2014 to address all issues and if not, the building must be vacated by September 12, 2014; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter denies the appeal and grants until September 12, 2014 to address all issues or vacate the building.
