Purpose of Appeal
Weizhi Ruan and Lucey Lu and their daughter Qi Ruan own this house. They came in Oct 2013 and Jan 2014 for 2 weeks each time to arrange for Qi to attend high school. They will move into the house this summer. Qi will attend 4 years of high school here.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Mary H. Schultz to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 908 MONTANA AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal allowing that this property should be considered a "preliminary vacant building;" noting that the yard will need to be maintained and the dwelling secured; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
