Was told that it was a vacant house because the water and utilities were shut off, however we paid water and utilities because we are working on the house.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Craig Cooper to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 888 CONCORDIA AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal to be out of the Vacant Building Program. Inspector will write a correction order to reflect the exterior items which will be granted until July 1, 2013 for compliance; and grant until February 1, 2014 for repair of the roof under permit; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
