Appealing most of current list except dog licenses. I have included past lists and tried to comply with all but now it seems like I have been targeted for more and more.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Mary Tichich to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 663 LINCOLN AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until June 24, 2013 for list to come into compliance except for the cracks in the walls and ceilings which is granted until October 1, 2013; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
