WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Timothy Gordon to a Notice of Condemnation as Unfit for Human Habitation and Order to Vacate at 591 CLIFFORD STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension tol January 4, 2013 for compliance or the property must be vacated; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter denies the appeal and grants until March 1, 2013 for the building permit to be finaled or the property vacated.
