WHEREAS, on September 19, 2012, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH FCO 12-468, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice for property at 869 Beech Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the Council deny the appeal for compliance on the basement steps landing and basement cannot be used for sleeping purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for the compliance with the correction order to bring the steps landing into compliance; and
WHEREAS, after reviewing the file, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional; Now, Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to December 31, 2012 provided that the basement is not occupied.
