I do not think I own this wall to the west of the property. I also don't think I should be forced to do this. We live on a hill. I also have water from the property to the east of my house.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Terry F. Fransen to a Correction Notice-Complaint Inspection at 1039 WAKEFIELD AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to July 21, 2012 to come into compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
