WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Diana K. Turner to a Summary Abatement Order and Excessive Consumption Invoice at 773 WHITE BEAR AVENUE NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommendation is to grant until June 11, 2012 for the correction of the exterior code violations shown in photographs attached to this record; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
