Purpose of Appeal
The driveway is mainly Class 5 drive off Atlantic Street. Fire inspector wants hard surface such as black top or concrete. The garage is for my use only. The rental does not bring enough money to do so because mortgage and repairs and also fees over exceed by several hundred dollars a month.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of James Warren to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 812 ATLANTIC STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
