Deleting the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Vacant Building Fees in October 2011 at 675 AURORA AVENUE.  (File No. VB1203, Assessment No. 128802)

Body

WHEREAS, on March 7, 2012, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council Files AR 11-150 and TA 12-54, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for collection of delinquent vacant building fees in October 2011.  (File No. VB1203, Assessment No. 128802); and

WHEREAS, the property at 675 Aurora Avenue, being described as: Chute Brothers Division No. 1 Lot 17, with the property identification number 35-29-23-41-0048 was assessed an amount of $1,250.00 for collection of delinquent vacant building fees; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the Certificate of Occupancy was re-instated on October 17, 2011; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT

RESOLVED, that $1,250.00, plus any accrued interest, be refunded and Council Files AR 11-150 and TA 12-54 are hereby amended to reflect this change.
