Ratifying the assessments for Collection of Vacant Building Fees Services from October 2011. (File No. VB1203, Assessment No. 128802)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 11-2503 accepted the Report of Completion for Collection of Vacant Building Fees from the month of October 2011; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on March 7, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with said services having been submitted to the Council and the Council having considered same and found said assessments satisfactory; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that said assessments be and the same are hereby in all respects ratified pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter Chapter 14 and Saint Paul Administrative Code Chapter 60: Property Service Cost Assessments with the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 12-54 - 675 Aurora Avenue;
RLH TA 12-60 - 1083 Beech Street;
RLH TA 12-52 - 1091 Cook Avenue East;
RLH TA 12-84 - 1199 Forest Street;
RLH TA 12-61 - 1315 Fremont Avenue;
RLH TA 12-56 - 949 Galtier Street;
RLH TA 12-107 - 1581 Nebraska Street;
RLH TA 12-58 - 2385 Nokomis Avenue;
RLH TA 12-55 - 1211 Reaney Avenue;
RLH TA 12-64 - 571 Van Buren Avenue;
RLH TA 12-57 - 260 Winifred Street East; And, Be It
FURTHER RESOLVED, that said assessments are hereby determined to be payable in one installment, unless specified in the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
