Amending Council File RLH VO 20-54, adopted December 9, 2020, to grant Ruby Nguyen to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate an additional extension for property at 777 SIXTH STREET EAST.

AMENDED 2/24/21

 

WHEREAS, on December 9, 2020, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH VO 20-54, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate for property at 777 Sixth Street East; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council grant an extension to May 15, 2021 for items 2 and 4 (ground cover and parking surface) and to February 1, 2021 for items 1, 3 and 5 (back stairs, windows and exterior items); and

 

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and

 

WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for the compliance of the property since first deadline was not met; and

 

WHEREAS, Legislative Hearings were conducted on February 2, 2021 under File No. SR 21-17; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension; Now Therefore, Be It,

 

RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to May 15, 2021 for items 1 (back stairs), 2  (ground cover), 4 (parking) and 5 (exterior items); and grant to March 1, 2021 for compliance with Item 3 and all remaining window orders all remaining items, except windows for sleeping rooms which shall have a deadline of March 1, 2021.
