Purpose of Appeal:  Tenants are damaging property far beyond normal wear and tear, in process of evicting both units.  More damages will happen & have happened since my last site visit 1 month ago.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Adrienna Case, ShowCase Properties, to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 295 Page Street, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to November 19, 2021 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
