Approving the Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare registered land survey.
Body
WHEREAS, Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare, in Zoning File # 10-938-347, has submitted for City Council approval the attached registered land survey (RLS) to create two tracts within Regions Hospital at 640 Jackson Street in order to describe an area leased by Gillette for the purpose of receiving a capital grant from the State of Minnesota for the leased space; and
WHEREAS, the appropriate City departments have reviewed the RLS and found that it meets the requirements of Chapter 69 of the Zoning Code because the two tracts will continue under the same ownership; and
WHEREAS, Sec. 508.47(4) of Minnesota Statutes requires that registered land surveys shall be approved in the manner required for the approval of plats, which under Sec. 505.03 of Minnesota Statutes includes approval by the City Council, which approval shall be endorsed on or attached to the registered land survey;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached RLS for Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare to create two tracts within Regions Hospital at 640 Jackson Street, subject to the condition that prior to any conveyance of Parcel B separate and apart from parcel A, the leasehold owner of Parcel B will obtain the approval of Ramsey County and the consent of the City of Saint Paul; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk shall mail a copy of this resolution to the Applicant, the Zoning Administrator, and the Planning Administrator.
