Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 913 JOHNSON PARKWAY in Council File RLH SAO 21-63.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 21-63 on September 1, 2021 which granted an extension to October 1, 2021 to abate the nuisance conditions (deteriorated shed and its contents, auto parts, building materials, scrap wood, totes, trash and misc debris) and black jeep at 913 Johnson Parkway; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 5, 2021 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement.
