Body

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 23-35 on September 27, 2023 which granted an extension to October 20, 2023 to abate the nuisance conditions listed in the August 18, 2023 Summary Abatement Order at 913 Johnson Parkway; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 24, 2023 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
