Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: Appellant told staff that the property is in compliance. Staff said there is no reason to file an appeal when the property is in compliance. Appellant responded she is concerned that the inspector may lie and say the property is not in compliance. Staff informed the appellant that the fee will not be refunded; appellant responded that she understood.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Nancy Watkins to a Summary Abatement Order and Vehicle Abatement Order at 1163 MINNEHAHA AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal, noting the nuisance has been abated; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
