WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 17-61 on August 2, 2017 which granted an extension to August 15 to abate the nuisance conditions at 1171 Minnehaha Avenue West; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on August 15, 2017 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were /were not abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement].
