Title

Review Request of Public Works staff to reduce and abate the Quarter 1 2019 assessment for property at 749 SIMS AVENUE.

Summary

There was a vacancy request to have gone in effect since January 1, 2019 for one of the 3 residential dwelling units.  Staff is asking that the assessed amounts being for a single 64-gal cart with late fees be removed in full.   These assessments have been certified to the Ramsey County Property Tax Statements.
