WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Alan Kaufman, Interstate Parking Company, to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Approval With Corrections at 349 WABASHA STREET NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the condition that 2021 maintenance for the ramp is consistent with the engineering analysis provided by April 27, 2021 and the owner is to submit a plan and schedule for 2021 maintenance activities (which plan was submitted and approved April 27, 2021), noting Fire Inspections will follow up in 12 months for the 2022 maintenance plan; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
