WHEREAS, in the matter of Jay Mitchell, on behalf of Quality Residences, LLC, to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter at 1011 Margaret Street, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council change vacant building status to a Category 1 and waive the fee for 90 days; grant to March 16, 2020 to complete all repairs; and, grant to June 1, 2020 to repair retaining wall; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
