Title

Appeal of Matthew and James Lindquist to a Rent Stabilization Determination at 1507 SEVENTH STREET W Units 6 and 8.

Purpose of Appeal

Asking for the rent restriction of 6% to be reconsidered for Units 6 and 8. They are currently at $830. Average rent in St. Paul for a 2 Bed is $1300+ (which we are not advocating for). Our neighbor with an identical building is asking for $1400+. Everyone else in our building is $1125+ . We'd like permission to work with both units to determine if $1125  is manageable to allow them to be the cheapest units in the building but still more similarly priced to wheat the rest of the area pays.
