WHEREAS, on December 2, 2020, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH VBR 20-66, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council grant an extension to December 10, 2020 to have Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated to be released from the Vacant Building Program; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for compliance; and
WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing was held on December 15, 2020 under RLH SR 20-151 to review his request; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to January 11, 2021 and a 90-day waiver of the vacant building fee, to March 2, 2021.
