Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services during October 12 to 29, 2018. (File No. J1910A, Assessment No. 198509)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 18-2016 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time time period of October 12 to October 29, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on March 6, 2019 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter and Chapter 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 19-49: 1232 Albemarle Street;
RLH TA 19-27: 1818 Blair Avenue;
RLH TA 19-20: 1230 Edgerton Street;
RLH TA 19-52: 977 Fremont Avenue;
RLH TA 19-22: 763 Hawthorne Avenue East;
RLH TA 19-30: 699 Jessamine Avenue West;
RLH TA 19-36: 690 Juno Avenue;
RLH TA 19-93: 1275 Lafond Avenue;
RLH TA 19-47: 325 Maria Avenue;
RLH TA 19-39: 1650 Marion Street;
RLH TA 19-41: 155 Maryland Avenue West;
RLH TA 19-51: 883 Payne Avenue;
RLH TA 19-34: 702 Preble Street; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
