WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 20-611 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of February 19 to February 27, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has considered objections of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to their assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on July 8, 2020 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 429 of Minnesota State Statutes and Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:

RLH TA 20-319: 925 Albemarle Street;
RLH TA 20-324: 1112 Albemarle Street;
RLH TA 20-460: 1319 Bayard Avenue;
RLH TA 20-318: 1128 Beech Street;
RLH TA 20-330: 66 Cook Avenue West;
RLH TA 20-334: 1450 Dale Street North;
RLH TA 20-355: 691 Hoyt Avenue East;
RLH TA 20-457: 953 Lawson Avenue East;
RLH TA 20-333: 988 Randolph Avenue;
RLH TA 20-323: 560 Van Buren Avenue;
RLH TA 20-354: 603 Virginia Street;
RLH TA 20-311: 463 Wheeler Street North;
RLH TA 20-312: 937 Woodbridge Street; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
