Appeal of Matthew Ladwig, Ladwig Companies, to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 32 WHEELER STREET SOUTH.
Purpose of Appeal
5 + deficiencies (#'s 5, 17, 18, 20, 24) or any other deemed not acceptable by Fire Marshall during re-inspection on December 13th. I am still working on these items with contractors. The deficiencies are mostly part of a larger renovation in progress. Attached is bid.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Matthew Ladwig, Ladwig Companies, to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 32 WHEELER STREET SOUTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to January 13, 2012 for compliance or the building must be vacated immediately; and grant an extension to June 1, 2012 for Item 17 (grade to slope away from building); Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
