Windows - 3 bedroom windows have been fixed, but not sure if well enough for inspection. If not, will be replacing windows completely, which will take between 4-6 weeks according to Doorglass Inc. who would be the contractor.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Ladwig Companies to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 32 WHEELER STREET SOUTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
