WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Scott Beck to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 707 JENKS AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal of the Vacant Building Registration and grant an extension on the Fire Certificate of Occupancy orders to June 1, 2023 noting noncompliance by that deadline will result in Certificate of Occupancy being revoked and being sent back to Vacant Building program; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
