Purpose of Appeal: 1) Summary Abatement Order - RV (recreational vehicle) has had the battery stolen and the 2 side mirrors. I would need time to fix by someone. 2) Correction Notice - I called City of Saint Paul. The City of Saint Paul does not inspect my place until Nov. Spring cleaning boxes were in his way. The Inspector was taking pictures of my property. The quarantine in Saint Paul is still intact. (paraphrased)

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Cynthia Johnstone to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice (which includes condemnation) and a Vehicle Abatement Order at 1352 SEVENTH STREET WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to June 1 April 23 16, 2021 for compliance with the vehicle abatement orders and grant the appeal to April 1, 2021 for compliance on the condemnation and order to vacate orders; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
