WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of David Libman, Chief Manager of Libman Bros LLC, to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 76 LAWSON AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension until October 1, 2015 for tenant to vacate the attic room and it cannot be used for sleeping purposes; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
