Purpose of Appeal: #2 on deficiency list. There is a permanent heat source already in place for both offices that is by code already.

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Maypop Sales & Services (Benjamin Helberg) to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Revocation and Order to Vacate at 2554 COMO AVENUE BUILDING C, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until September 15, 2015 to come into compliance with office heating order; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
