Purpose of Appeal: We are asking for an extension for gasline & gas meter install. The mechanical permit is being reviewed, we called DSI and spoke to the mechanical inspector and he wouldn't tell me why the permit was under review.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Maypop Sales & Services to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 2554 COMO AVENUE BLDG C, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and extension granted until November 4, 2015; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
