Title
Appeal of Lynn Fagerness to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1127 RAYMOND AVENUE.
Date/Time of 1st LH: Thursday, Dec. 27, 2018 at 2:30
Purpose of Appeal: See comments on application.
Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: Dec. 10, 2018
Inspector/Key Staff: Matt Dornfeld
Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: I spoke with Lynn Fagerness and indicated to her that she would not be able to get her C of O reinstated if she had the roof repaired by the end of the year. The concern I have is the potential damage caused by the significant and ongoing water infiltration from the roof leaks. In the past we talked about having the owner hire someone to assess the situation. Can DSI staff look at the old orders and refine that a little for our discussion? Thanks.
