WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Gonzalo R. Sanchez to a Summary Abatement Order at 1040 BUSH AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal, noting most items in the Summary Abatement Order are substantially abated and the balance of the items and trades identified items were converted to a Correction Order with the following deadlines: 1) grant to October 30, 2024 for all items related to electrical work (items 1, 2, 3, 4); 2) grant to November 15, 2024 for item 5 related to furnace/heating; and 3) grant to May 1, 2024 for all remaining items; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
