Making finding on the appeal of Liam Magistad to a nuisance abatement ordered for 1597 CHARLES AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 26-61.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 26-61 on August 5, 2026 which granted an extension to August 14, 2026 to abate the nuisance conditions (wood/tree debris on blvd) and grant to September 4, 2026 for removal (or approval) of raised bed in blvd and restoring ground cover) at 1597 Charles Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on August 18, 2026 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions (wood/tree debris on blvd) were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
