WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH CO 25-15 on December 17, 2025 which granted an extension to December 22, 2025 to abate the nuisance conditions for the items (trash in yard) in the Summary Abatement Order; Now, Therefore, Be It

 at 927 Desoto Street [ADDRESS]; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on January 6, 2026 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated forthcoming; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and matter resolved forthcoming.
