WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 25-55 on October 15, 2025 which granted an extension to November 14, 2025 to abate the nuisance conditions ((vehicle abatement order-camper) at 2016 Fremont Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on November 18, 2025 and January 13, 2026 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions (camper) were abated forthcoming; now, therefore, be it
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation is abated and matter resolved forthcoming; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
