Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): PO is sick and cannot use yard waste.

Staff Comments: The PO tried to cancel on June 9 but it was not honored because the cancellation window closed Feb 28, even though the yard waste invoice was not sent until May 1 (due June 1). PW staff confirmed with the hauler that there has been no yard waste collected this year. This property was removed from the Yard Waste Route and the cart was removed. Staff recommends removing assessment.
